We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that appear fraudulent, bulk/reseller-driven, or violate these Terms.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payments

We accept multiple currencies based on your location and checkout settings.

Payment methods may include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and others (availability depends on region). When using Klarna or similar services, you agree to their separate payment terms displayed at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without notice, but not after your order is confirmed unless due to an obvious pricing error. In such cases, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands (EU). Once payment is confirmed, we process orders Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays or announced exceptions.

Estimated shipping times and fees are displayed at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or uncollected package, additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible products. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return the product in unused, original condition within 30 days.
