Return & Refund Policy – Railerr

We accept returns on items purchased through www.railerr.com.

To be eligible, returned products must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be reported to our support team within 14 days of receipt
  • Be shipped back within 30 days of delivery

Please note: We do not accept returns on accessories, headwear, sale items, or gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Railerr is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost return packages.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color).
If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

How to Return an Item

Before returning any items, please contact us at support@railerr.com and include your order number for return instructions.

⚠️ Packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

International Returns

If returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
Any customs fees incurred on returns will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Recommendation

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your package.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed.
