Shipping Information – Railerr

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands (EU) using carriers such as PostNL or UPS, depending on your location and the fastest available shipping option.

Shipping Rates

Approximate standard shipping rates:

  • Europe: Free over €100
  • International: €20

Before You Order – Address Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address is:

  • Fully complete, including apartment/unit number
  • Entered using standard alphabet letters
  • Not a PO Box (we do not ship to PO Boxes)

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the package is not collected in time, re-shipping fees will apply.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or announced exceptions. Once payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

During drops or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Wrong or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact us at support@railerr.com with your order number and relevant details (including photos if necessary). We will help you resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties (Outside EU)

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands (EU). For orders delivered outside the EU, local customs authorities may charge VAT or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Placing an order signifies acceptance of any applicable customs or import charges.

Free shipping on orders over €200 does not cover customs or duty fees.

Order Updates

Customers will receive:

  • An order confirmation email upon purchase
  • A tracking email once the order is packed

Tracking details may take up to 2 business days to activate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is packed and the tracking email has been sent, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please ensure your size, address, and order details are correct before checking out.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Western Europe: 1–3 business days
  • Scandinavia & Eastern Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of World: 3–10 business days
